1. Q: How could I get the sample?

    A: For the existing sample, the customer just need to pay the air freight, the sample is free; If the customer want the sample by newly-made mould, generally the customer need to pay the sample-making fee.     

2. Q: Do you have any certificate for products?

    A: The certificate by SGS, FDA, LFGB etc, generally we apply for the certification service according to the customers’ specific requirement in case of need.

3. Q: Where have your bottles been exported to?

    A:USA,Canada, Australia, Italy, Philippines, India, Saudi Arabia,Iran, Peru, etc.

4.Q:What’s the MOQ ?

   A:For some products we have in stock, the MOQ is hundreds pcs.

For customized products , different MOQ according to different requirements of customers.

5.Q: When will you arrange shipment?

   A:(1). For stock products, we will send goods to you within 24-48hours after we receive your payment. 

(2). For surface handing products, the delivery time is about 10-15 work days after we receive your payment. 

(3). For products we never manufactured , we could open the mould if needed.

6.Q:What is your selection of shipping method?
   A:(1). For small trial order, international express, just as UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, DHL is suitable. 
      (2). For large order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirement.

7. Q: Which payment way you accept?

    A:For Sample air express cost, we can receive money via West Union or Paypal, or you can pay it when you receive it if you have an account of DHL/FedEx/UPS.

For bulk orders shipping cost, we can receive money via T/T,Western Union,L/C, also our clients can use Trade Assurance via Alibaba online to place orders and arrange payment. 

8.Q:How do you control the quality?

   A: We are very confident in our products, and we pack them very well and do 3 times leakage test before packing. so usually you will receive your order in good condition. But due to long time shipment there will be 3% damage for the glass products. Any quality issue, we will deal with it immediately.
