1. Q:What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 500 square meters.
For stock models, MOQ is 50sqm.
For some customized models, MOQ would be 1000sqm
2. Q: How is the delivery time?
A: 7-10 business days normally.
15-20business days in peak seasons.
3. Q: Can you send sample to me?
A: Yes, we can provide you free sample in size 30*30cm per piece, but with freight collect.
Or you could pay us freight charge via PayPal or Alibaba, but don’t worry, the money would be refunded in the formal order.

4. Q:How can i pay the payments?
A: We prefer 30% T/T deposit before production, 70% balance paid before delivery.
For stock grass or total amount less than USD5000, we prefer 100% T/T payment in advance.
